The Seaview Guest House

Location: The Seaview Guest House Bed and Breakfast is located a short walk from Southport, bustling tree-lined Lord Street, a shopper's 'paradise'.

Availability & Rooms: We are open all year round including Christmas and New Year providing our guests with a choice of six bedrooms which are all en-suite; all exquisitely clean in period Edwardian surroundings.

Service: The Seaview has gained an enviable reputation for their warm and friendly service which has resulted in many guests returning again.

Facilities: Guests have the use of a comfortable Lounge with a large flat screen LCD television. Wireless Broadband is also available for guests to use. There is free car parking at the front of the Seaview for up to six vehicles and during the busy summer period car parking permits are available for on street parking.

Activities: For golfing visitors there are eight championship courses within easy reach. Arrangements can be made to securely store equipment in our Storage area.

Quality & Rating: The Seaview accommodation and facilities are independently quality assessed on an annual basis by a Visit England Inspector and we have received a 4 star rating consistently for the past 7 years. Therefore guests can be assured of a relaxing and enjoyable stay, with excellent breakfast.
