Overview

These terms and conditions apply to bookings made with Seaview Southport B&B. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Bookings & Payment

• A booking is confirmed once payment has been received or as otherwise agreed at the time of reservation.
• Online payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Room rates are quoted in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
• Guests must provide accurate contact and booking details.

Check-in & Check-out

• Standard check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged.
• Please inform us of your expected arrival time where possible.
• Valid photo identification may be requested on arrival.

Cancellation & Amendments

Cancellation and amendment terms vary depending on the rate and booking type. Please refer to the confirmation details provided at the time of booking or contact us directly for assistance.

House Rules

• Seaview is a non-smoking property throughout.
• Guests are asked to respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:00 PM.
• Only registered guests may stay overnight in rooms.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a stay in cases of misconduct or breach of these terms.

Liability

We take reasonable care to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests. However, we are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence. Guests are advised to arrange their own travel insurance.
